I am sure you have heard of yoga, right? What about face yoga?

The same way you exercise your body – you can exercise your face! Your face is not just skin, it also has fat, muscles, and bones. While aging our skin starts sagging, the fat layer gets thinner, muscles weaker and bones are shrinking. One way to pump up your muscles is to start exercising them. It takes just a few minutes per day, but this could give you a better-toned face and better skin.

Self-massage is also a great option ( I honestly prefer when someone massages me, bet well – that’s another option), as it releases tensions in the muscles and also benefits the skin by stimulating blood flow and lymphatics.

My favorite exercises are for the jawline – to have more definition and a smaller turtle neck (as while I am aging gravity does its role). But light massage is also great – so make sure when you have your daily routine, give few minutes to yourself to massage serums and cream into the skin. You will get benefits from the active ingredients and also from the massage.

Ask me to show my exercises during the consultation so we could all age gracefully without major interventions into our faces.
